No gambling on this site

highlimitpoker.com is an independent editorial and educational resource about poker. We do not offer, operate, promote or accept real-money gambling of any kind, and we are not a casino, poker room or gaming operator. Nothing on this site is an invitation to gamble where it is illegal.

Age requirement

This site is for adults only: 21 or older in the United States, and 18 or older (or the minimum legal gambling age, if higher) in all other countries. We ask for your country and date of birth on entry. If you are under the legal age, please leave the site.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click them and buy a product or subscription, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. This helps keep the site free. We only feature training sites, books and products we consider useful for players; commissions do not change what we write. Prices shown are indicative and may change: always check the seller's website.

Amazon Associates: As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

Not professional advice

Content on this site is for entertainment and education only. It is not financial, legal or professional advice. Poker involves risk and most players lose money over time. Results are never guaranteed, and no course, book or tool can guarantee that you will win.

No affiliation

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the World Series of Poker, any casino, poker room, broadcaster or training site mentioned, unless explicitly stated. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Player biographies are based on public records.

Digital products

The High Limit Playbook is a digital PDF sold by highlimitpoker.com. Payments are processed securely by PayPal; we never see or store your payment details. The file is licensed for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold. If there is any problem with your purchase, contact us within 14 days through the partner page with your PayPal receipt and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Privacy

We do not sell personal data. The age check is stored only in your browser (localStorage) so you are not asked again; you can clear it at any time from your browser settings. If you send us a partnership proposal, the form is processed by Formspree and used only to reply to you. Affiliate partners and Amazon may use cookies when you click their links, under their own privacy policies. Our host (Netlify) may keep standard server logs.

Responsible gambling

Poker should be fun. Set a budget, take breaks, never chase losses and never play with money you need. If gambling stops being fun, help is free and confidential:
